I'd say it was better when it was called Twitter. The early era of Twitter from 2006-2020 was unmatched. There wasn't any other social media site that compared to it.

I’d say it depends on what type of game you’re covering. You have many sub niche inside the gaming itself and games. It is a broad industry with a ton of games. It is oversaturated, but you can still succeed in the niche with the right amount of effort, time and hardwork.
I wouldn't host my domain and server in the same place. I prefer to keep things seperate in that perspective.
