I've known some of these guys dating back to 2009/2010 but unfortunately we are disconnected without any means of getting in contact again.
This is why I feel forum members should try and link up on social media sites at least if they are using any just in case any of them go inactive on forums.
This 😍 definitely feels personalised, you're not wrong. Even on Facebook, it's not available but heart ♥️ which means exactly what you felt it to be. It's best to keep things a little bit formal before someone starts thinking what was never intended 😂 😂
I'm not against being inspired by the work of another person and wanting to do something similar to what they have done but it's pure madness when out of laziness their work gets copied exactly down to the smallest detail, with nothing changed or missing.
If Charlie Kirk followed you, it means you have or doing something that's of great value not just to you but to so many other people around that have access to your contents.
I haven't had any popular person follow me on social media except for a few upcoming influencers on Facebook 😂
A staff member who's inactive isn't of any good to the community. So, there's no need carrying a dead wood along whom can't be relied on to get things done.
When I see forum owners overlook lazy staff members, it says a lot about their own integrity too.
It's worst on social media platforms. Some people go to the extent of killing others simply because of their own opinions and disagreement. Wasn't Charlie Kirk assassinated publicly because of his personal believes and opinions? The world is going down the rabbit hole every day.
I don't trust people easily because of the experiences I've had with so many individuals whom I thought I knew better. For me to trust someone to the extent of entrusting my community to him/her, the person must have proved beyond every reasonable doubt they can't betray me.
There so many staff positions members take up in helping to run a community. Some of the prominent ones are ; administrators, moderators, community managers, technical support team, promotion team and so on.
As a forum owner, which staff position have lots of work to do in your community? As a...
Have you ever had a member in your community who's finger happy to post steady and consistently? Such a member can make more than 50 posts/threads daily.
I've seen some forums where most members are not happy with such posting activity by one or two persons as they consider it spamming the...
Who's the person you've known the longest since you started using forums? It doesn't matter if you're still in communication with them or not but as long they impacted in one way or another with it, that counts.
If I can think of some persons I've known the longest using forums, they would be...
Every forum software have its default reactions of like, love, laugh and so many others but some forum owners like to get creative with such things. They add more reactions to cover different feelings members might have regarding a post.
Do you think it's necessary to add more reactions or...
Running a website is an open project which anyone interested and with the knowledge can get it freely without any questions. This makes it possible for websites to be copied by lazy people.
Some owners wouldn't have any problem with this but some people would definitely take it seriously and...
Most of the time, celebrities and famous people prefer using social media platforms because it's where they would have more reach compared to using forums. This is why it's hard to see celebrities actively using forums. Personally, I can't think of any known celebrity using forums.
Has your...
Sometimes, things are not meant to be and there's no need trying to force such. It's not always guarantee that all staff members hired to work in a forum would stay true to their jobs. It doesn't matter if they are paid or not but they have an obligation to fulfil as a staff but they failed at...
Normally, what members are expected to do in a community they are using is to post contents and interact with others in a healthy manner. As long as they are actively using the community, it's to the betterment of the forum.
But that's not all forum members do. The ones I really love so much...
