A universal pardon day in a forum?

What do you think about the idea of having a universal pardon day in your forum? it doesn't matter what rules banned and suspended users committed, on that day, the slate will be wiped clean for them. It's more like giving erring members a second chance.

Would you have a universal pardon day in your forum?
 
That is a really interesting idea.

I wouldn't be against it fully, but I would in some ways.

I'm not going to unban a spammer or someone who harms kids. You'd really need to group up your banned members for something like this.

I'm curious what others think about this idea!
