What's the most demanding staff position in forums?

There so many staff positions members take up in helping to run a community. Some of the prominent ones are ; administrators, moderators, community managers, technical support team, promotion team and so on.

As a forum owner, which staff position have lots of work to do in your community? As a staff member, which position have been the toughest you've worked in?

If the community is very active (that gets a lot of new registrations and posts every day) moderators position is most demanding
