What can admin forum owners do to make admin forums better?

What do you think would make AAF, Administrata, Admin Junkies, FP, etc. better?

What I think that's going to make Admin forums better is going to be seeing the bigger Admin forums not fighting the smaller ones. I've noticed several times when a smaller Admin forum would come up, the bigger ones will start feeling they are in a serious competition to fight the smaller ones. It's not good for the growth of Admin forums.

Curious to know which you think are fighting? For all I know, we're quite supportive to each other.

In all honesty, I don't ever see this anymore.

Back when TAZ was at its prime, they would prohibit other similar forums, and there were a few others that were also competitive like that, but since those forums eventually died (because of the atmosphere they created), that kind of died with it.

I never feel that way when I visit the admin forums of today, personally.

The only thing that can make them better is more articles and resources, which I see both AAF & Administrata working towards a lot lately.
Yes. I need to start pumping out more articles. I have a list of ones I want to write. Just been under the weather lately this winter. :(

I actually saw it more recently with FP. Maybe you were not aware or in the loop when it all went down.

Malcom and Kat started another Admin/Promotional forums just like FP. I Can't remember the name anymore. FP didn't like the idea so much. They started fighting silently for a while until they found a way to work together which was FP and Malcom merging to become Co-owners of FP. So, FP had to absorb the other forum just to take out the competition.

Some staff left FP as a result of this if I'm not mistaken.

Hmm yeah, there were some issues back then and a lot of unnecessary drama. But that’s long been resolved by now. :)

I was very disappointed with the whole saga especially seeing a very good friend of mine Zandrajoi left FP and even had to quit her own forum permanently. It broke my heart.
