I can see removing/demoting staff that does not participate, especially if paid. But for users, a user account does not take up that much space in the database so I personally see no reason to be "pruning" them.They definitely exist... I am one of those. When you pay your people/team, you can require few things, that's how life works. Like any business does with their employees. The more you pay, the more you can require.
But again... each admin does as they deem necessary for their site. I just don't see a need to be removing users that may come back later and actually start participating as the storage for users are not that big of an issue.
