Do any of you create blogs with the intention of selling them?

How much do you build the blog up? What has to be in place for you to be fine with selling it?

Are you going for a big-ticket item or selling them for next to nothing?

No, I don't create blogs with the intention of selling them. If my name is attached to a project, I'm keeping it in my name. I don't sell anything that I own.

I feel the same way and most of my blogs are very personal to me and the brand is me so selling them would mean selling me.

I'll never sign a non-compete so I'll never get bigger profits because of that.

I'd rather monetize the blog than sell it.
