Here's a scenario:

You see members of your own forum that are on other forums and actively misbehaving and abusing the rules.

Now, it didn't happen on your forum, but you can tell that they are blatantly breaking the rules on other forums.

Would this cause you to watch them closer on your forum?

Would you ever consider banning them, so they don't get the chance to do it on your forum?

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. I wouldn't ban them in my forum when they haven't done anything wrong but I'll definitely keep my eyes peeled on all their activities.

I'm pretty much the same on that stance.

If they started acting out on my forum, at least I'd have a warning of that possibility.

Exactly! Depending on the severity of the offense they committed is what's going on determine how many times I would be sending them a warning before I will take any action against them.
