Interesting niche.
If I could give you some advice, though...
1. Reduce the number of boards you have. I wouldn't have more than 10 starting out, to be honest. The reason is that it's overwhelming to keep all of those sections active. Inactive sections will make the whole forum inactive.
2. Try to post a really good topic every day or a few times a week in those main niche boards. You (the admin) will have to get the forum started by seeding valuable content and giving people something to talk about. They won't build it for you.
