If you can’t reliably detect AI… should you even try?

AI is only going to improve. AI will eventually match the voices, writing styles, and grammatical styles of the users who generate content for forums. In fact, with an advanced prompt, this is probably already possible.

That means people will be able to use AI in their own voices, and we'll have less ability to detect it.

With that being said, are you still going to attempt to catch it, or will you just give up and let it happen at that point?

Honestly, I think it's really becoming so hard to can’t detect AI. Someone on Administrata said most of her contents are flagged by AI detection despite writing it herself. I’ve seen humans sound robotic and bots that sound human. That's crazy hun!

If I cannot detect AI text on a surface glance, I would probably not try to detect using AI detection tools. However, I have clear rules against AI content and I will exercise strict measures if I find them.
