    Navigation Improvement

    I think so. There have been times when I've had trouble trying to find things on a site and just getting frustrated and going through Google to find it. I don't have a lot going on my blog so I think the navigation is straight-forward. But I definitely welcome feedback on it and change if needed.

    It would have been better if I took the advice here when I went through a burnout. Unfortunately I did take my forum as a hobby and couldn't handle it's growth. I immediately went to an exit plan like you mentioned where another staff member eventually took over.

    I was trying to look for it but couldn't find it :( Anyways, for my blog it was basically a light blue background that featured a list of blog posts. Just the titles that linked to the post. And the name of the site at the top. It was very minimal.

    I haven't but before I would start with a light design. I've been asked if there was a dark style and if I could add a dark mode. So just based on feedback I think dark mode is preferred.

    I agree. I guess since mobile traffic wasn't that big back then, mobile was more of an afterthought so design first for desktop. I haven't tried newer forum software but I think those that have come up within the last decade probably take a similar approach or at least take mobile design more...
