    I have used blogger but since I am using wordpress I have no desire to go back to blogger. Blogger is good for free blogging as you can monetize with Adsense. The best thing about blogger is you can map a custom domain without spending any money.

    In started with xyz domain because after a lot or research I found that domain extension has nothing to do with SEO. However, after running websites for years and using over a dozen different extensions, I came to realize that if you are not using dot com, people do not take you seriously.

    I have never renewed my domains for more than one year, I renew my domain just a month before it expires, sometimes I end up renewing during the grace period.
