    I think Ghost is good if all you need is a blog. Personally, I rarely extend my blogs.     Rules and even a quick PM to folks when it starts to happen stating it's not allowed. Be firm about it from the get-go.

    Oh yeah. Facebook does that all the time. I have admin assist enabled on my groups, but I always have to look at its activity because it will target real users who aren't doing anything wrong and then approve the video spammers.

    I mainly mean a one-person show. Most forums are run by one owner who makes all the decisions and rules. It's their way or no way. It's basically the same definition as a dictator. Now all the cruelty from them is a different story.
