    Yeah, exactly. Time that you’re better spending on your forum instead of someone else’s so to speak. I mean, it’s all very noble to exchange posts, but those hours, days you’re spending on other forums is time you can’t retrieve to spend on yours.

    Not in recent times. That was a different case over 14 years ago when I ran forums on InvisionFree/Zetaboards. Eventually they give up, but it was exhausting to deal with it.

    Depends on how long it's been since they were caught trolling. I'm a firm believer of second chances, but let's imagine that the troll is recent, then I wouldn't be inclined to promote. Now if the trolling is a thing of the past, let's say a year or more - then that's a possible different outcome.

    Yes, I welcome advertisements from all boards, whether they’re similar to mine or not. To me, there’s no such thing as true competition when it comes to forums.     I feel that anything but admin and mod are unclear titles. Hence why I stay with the obvious. I like titles like CEO, Executive, etc. I used many of these titles over 10 years ago, but nowadays I feel that I'm too old for that.

    It's still possible. But same like being a good paid influencer or streamer. It rarely happens to you unless you work very hard and have a good amount of luck.
