    Member-Staff Conflicts/Resolutions

    Have you ever had a member who did not like another member, or a staff member who didn't like a member or other staff member or vice-versa? Have you dealt with the "I'm leaving if they are allowed to stay" issue? If so, how did you handle it? If not, how would you handle it?
