Administrator and moderator sounds so formal. Some don't like those formal generic titles for staff. Are you one of these folks? If so, what unique staff titles have you used instead of the formal ones?

Have you ever had to deal with inactive forum staff members? How do you deal with this sort of issue? How would you define inactive staff members on your forum?
