    Problem Member to Staff Member

    Let's say you have a member who's been a problem member in the past on a few occasions. Trolling, minor abuse - got warnings but never banned... If a staff position came open and they wanted it, would you entertain the idea of promoting them to staff? If yes, how would you justify such as action?
