Could user experience features and enhancements actually be one of the things that hurt forums?
Sometimes, I feel like the UX of forums is complicated for folks who don't know forums.
I wonder if that can be an area that could use some improvement. Most platforms pay very little attention to the UX, so much so that Skype and ICQ fields are still there.
