Bad experience with the support team?

Without naming names or giving out personal information, what has been the worst experience you've ever had with a support team on the forum software you were using?

Were you at fault at all? Did they try to say you were at fault? How did you end up getting your issue resolved?

The typical problem with irresponsible support: they tell me "we'll contact you to resolve it" or "it will be resolved in a few days," and then they never message me again. I have to keep sending messages, and they still don't give me an answer or even reply at all. How I hate such irresponsible support!
