Bad Member Warning Experience

Have any of you ever had members who don't take forum warnings very well?

If so, tell us about it. What's your story? Did the member freak out? Did you end up having to ban them?

On average, how well do most of your members take getting a rule violation warning from you or your staff team?

Yes, I have an experience with a member who didn't take warnings well or even being corrected.

It was on Posting Bay where was the staff managers for Devin when he owned the community. A staff member who was my friend I introduced to the brand so he can work and earn started misbehaving. Devin asked me to follow up on him which I did but he didn't adjust until I was forced to take him out from a package he was working on.

He became so pissed and was saying that I didn't cover him as a friend. He started beefing me from there immediately. We don't even talk anymore till date.
