What's the best-looking forum you have ever seen?

Best-looking in terms of the theme, look, and feel of the forum?
 
Back in the days of vbulletin there was a skin site called completevb. They made some of the best skins I ever seen. Those types of designs weren't practical. Too flashy for most users. They were very appealing though.

I remember CompleteVB but I don't remember what it looked like.
