Best Membership Plugin

What membership plugin would you recommend using on WordPress?

This would be something to allow members to create a membership and access private pages and content.

What plugins have you used for this and what ones were the best or worst?

I would be interested in knowing the answer to this question as have considered adding a "membership" to my blog.

I seriously want to know which one is going to work best.

I've been using Restrict Control Pro.

I found its premium edition to be the most affordable. I want to be able to use it on multiple domain names.
