Howdy,

Welcome to the information topic for the Blog of the Month competition on AAF. This competition applies to blogs, only. A separate competition will be made for forums. Please continue to read this topic for the official instructions, rules, and prize information for the Blog of the Month competition on AAF.

NOTE: This competition will start back up on July 1, 2025.

Official Instructions:​

1. Submit your blog in the thread created for each month's competition, with the following details included:
   • Blog Name
   • Blog URL (homepage)
   • Brief description of blog (One sentence explaining what your blog is about)
2. The submission period will start on the first of the month and end at the beginning of the last week of the month.
3. The voting period will last for the last week of the month and be within its own thread with a poll attached.
4. All voting will be anonymous.

Official Rules:​

1. You must have at least 10 posts on AAF to enter this competition.
2. The blog submitted must belong to the AAF member who is submitting it.
3. The winning blog will get the blog-related prizes, other blogs cannot be substituted instead.
4. You may submit ONE blog a month.
5. The last month's winner cannot be submitted during the next month's competition. They must skip a month.
6. Blogs must adhere to the AAF Official Guidelines.

Official Prizes:​

One blog will be chosen as the winner. The following prizes will be distributed to the winner:

• Top Banner Ad (One month)
• Directory board sticky for your forum (One month)
• Signature ad on my signature (One month)
• Shawn's Posting Package (20 comments on your blog posts)
