Can all staff ban members of your forum?

Do you allow all staff to make banning decisions?

If yes, has it ever been abused?

If no, what is your procedure?

Yes, all my staff members can ban users on my forum.

No, it hasn’t been abused.

I have trustworthy staff, so I don't need to even review bans (but I would still entertain an email complaint).

I feel the same way.

I give ban access to all members. I do ask that they try to investigate before banning to make sure it's not something that they're not seeing at first glance.
