Custom Filters in the Alert popup (Unread, Read, All) - Template modifications

This is a template modification to the account_alerts_popup template.
This zip file contains the code to add in the box "Replace"

Step one: Copy the content from Template contents
Paste it in the "Find" box
Then paste the content from the zip file in the "Replace" box

Save and test it

I would love you to implement it here. It really helps to go straight to the "unread" alerts
Rather going through all of them.

Now that I am using it on my forum, it feels uncomfortable checking alerts here without it
