Custom registration blocks/pages

Do you use the default forum registration form, block, or page?

Or do you customize this feature at all?

If you do customize it, how do you do it?

For now, I've always used the default registration method, as it causes the fewest problems when a new user registers on the forum, but if you know how to configure it correctly, you can customize it.
