Do you drink soda?

I quit drinking soda about 15 years ago. I don't miss it one bit.

Do any of you drink it? How much do you drink in a day?

I bet I used to drink 6 to 10 cans a day.

Yes, I do drink soda. I drink about a cup or two on a daily basis.
I mainly stick to drinking diet coke, diet pepsi and diet dr pepper though.

I'll only ever drink Cola Zero if I do have a soda, otherwise, it's water or a sports hydration drink (a real one) for me.

Soda isn't my thing now. I used to take it but have stopped a very long time ago. Juice is what I might take now and that's it.

I used to have to have a few sodas in the morning not to feel bad. It was the soda consumption making me feel bad. I think they give you a hangover just as much as alcohol does.

I've been soda free for more than a decade now -- it's so much better.

Of course I do, not frequent though. Say once a week.

The weather is always hot in my country and I can't deal with not taking soda almost every day. Once the weather is very hot, I will just go to the shop nearby and get a cool drink.

I stopped drinking soda for a while now because I noticed that I was adding more weight.

What made me take the decision was that I came across a post on social media where a health practitioner talked about some of the foods and drinks that are not good to be taken always and soda drinks were one of the listed items.
