I started my forum as a dream project. I would never sell even if I received a big offer. I sold a Facebook group in the past in the same niche as my forum, and I learned the hard way how easy it is for a community to turn on you. I had to grind for my community back, and prove my doubters wrong.

Does any of the forums you own have sentimental value to you?

My forum has sentimental value to me as it’s been with me since I was a young teen. I originally started my journey as a webmaster with it, even though it has been through a lot.

I basically see my forum as my “baby”, since it has grown up with me.

I had my daughter at 18 and started VPL at 14 as just a simple directory before I morphed it into a forum, so it truly means a lot to me. There’s really no words that can describe the value of my forum to me and what it truly means to me.❤️

My forum definitely has value to me and I'm not openly trying to sell it but like I said in another post, I would for the right price I'm sure.

Luckily the right price is likely too much for someone to offer haha so I'm probably here to stay!

It's just like Cam of FP, we do talk well from time to time. He would never sell FP for any price because of his sentimental attachment to it. It's even more difficult to sell FP on his own because it's now being owned by 2 person - him and Malcom.
