Do you announce downtime and provide a status page for your forum?
In many cases, your hosting service or domain registrar will inform you ahead of time of planned work or activities that will cause downtime on your forum.
This enables you to let your forum members know of the downtime. Is this something you actively do? If so, how do you inform them? A simple forum post, alert, PM, email, or using methods (hybrid)?
How about offline status pages? These are either websites hosted on other hosting services/registrars or even social media accounts where you announce and update your followers/members about downtime. Do you provide this as well.
