There are no requirements for this. Your forum doesn't have to meet any special requirements, and you don't have to meet a requirement on this forum. However, if you join just to post here, I probably won't approve it—that's spam.
I don't mind you bumping your topics as long as you provide something more than just "bump." Provide a stats update or what's new on your forum. Make it reasonable to look rather than just a spammy one-liner bump comment. Bump comments will likely be deleted.
Please limit yourself to one topic per forum. Don't create two topics for the same forum. This is for forums only, not other websites.
Please select a relative prefix to assign a category and then title the topic the title of your forum.
Then, include the forum title, URL, and description on the body of the topic.
