Forum Staff Training

Do you offer any sort of training when onboarding new forum staff team members?

This could be in the form of instructions, a staff manual, or even a course if you're innovative enough.

I'd love to hear what all of you do in this area!

I have a few staff guidelines, manuals, etc. written for the staff to read as the on boarding process. If they have additional questions, they're free to ask. But I haven't had much questions so I assume the manuals are written decently enough.

I've considered making some videos for using a computer or mobile device to moderate the forum.

XenForo, not so much, but vBulletin 6, maybe. It's a lot different!
