Do you think having a generic niche makes it harder to get members?
For example, the webmaster niche would be considered generic because it's a broad niche. Forum Administration is a sub-niche of webmaster so it's more narrowed down to a specific audience.
A local forum about a specific niche is a good way to narrow down a niche.
Most off topic forums are generic because the topics are so broad.
What do you all think about this concern?
