Half Marathon

I signed up for a half marathon trail run. It's around 13ish miles and mainly in a National Forest.

I'm not a runner but since I've been training, I've fell in love with trail running.

I figured since I'm 40, this was my midlife crises LOL.

My race is in August. I'm pumped up about it.

Are any of you into trail running or even regular running at all?
