Hardest part about programming?

In your opinion and experience, what is the hardest part about programming?

What do you have the most trouble with?

How do you/did you overcome it?

Getting started. You have to have a clear path to what you want to accomplish. Once that is done the rest is easy. Trial and error.

I have issues sometimes with completely missing what is causing an issue. Say for example this morning while I was implementing a new feature (new replies while a user is replying), I didnt realise that the route (where the user is) is calling a different function than what it was supposed to, leading to an error message that is at a different file. Spent a good hour tinkering before realising it.
