Has your forum evolved to what you had hoped it evolves to?
Once a forum reaches a point to where you are just hoping for daily discussions and new members, I feel like it has reached maturity. After that, I feel like you need to shift your strategy into something that promotes long-term engagement and community.
Have you done this? Why or why not?
Do you think it's healthy for the forum just to keep a goal of new daily posts and ongoing membership growth or is there a need for something more than that for the future of the forum?
