How many forum staff team members do you have?

What sort of positions do you have on your team?

How many have full administrative powers?

I have two staff members. One’s my co-admin and I have one moderator.

My co-admin has full administrative powers just like me.

I typically only have me and a moderator.

I manage my big 46K+ member Facebook group with my wife (we're the admins) and 3 moderators. We do just fine for the most part.

I think I might add a new moderator before my forum reaches 100 members.

I have none for now, just me. We are still small. But I have some users as helpers to oversee when my attention is needed
I do not believe it's fair to have free staff either. It's a job, and the forum is not theirs.
I have problems in giving administrative powers.
I will need to hire someone in the future, but to work in my office.

It’s up to pol to volunteer though. And for example Ravenfreak and I were admins in each others’ forums so it was mutually beneficial

Yes, these cases are mutually beneficial. And both parties have the same powers and responsibilities. It's an even situation.
