How do you get them to press register?

The biggest action to take on any given forum is to press that register button.

We thrive to get new members on our forums. But I think many forum owners don't try hard enough to get them. They leave everything default like the welcome language and the registration process.

I feel like we need to change the wording, use copywriting skills, and persuade guests to become members,
