How many blogs can you handle?

I have around 5 blogs, 2 of them haven't launched yet.

I plan to post once a week on them, long-form, 2,000+ words each article.

I don't feel like I will be overwhelmed with it.

How about you all? Could you handle that amount? More?
 
I have 1 (one) and I'm sure that's enough for me.

I'm doing good just keeping up with the blog I have now. I can't imagine having several.
