How many hours do you sleep daily?

Medically, it is advised to have at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep every night but unfortunately this is something that I've been struggling with for a very long time. I can barely sleep 3 to 4 hours every night and I know it is affecting me but there is nothing I can do about it

How many hours do you sleep daily?
 
Typically, 5 to 7 hours, usually around 6 to 6.5.

As long as I get 5 or 6 hours a night, I can function fine.

More than 7 makes me feel like I've slept too much. More than 8 will make me sluggish and groggy feeling all day long.

I also don't like naps.

If I am napping, then you know I'm sick and not feeling well.
