How many photos and attachments do you allow in a single post on your forum?

We know that photos and attachments are resource consumers, but they often add value to a post when uploaded.

Do you have limits? If yes, why do you have the limit you have? Have members ever protested your limits?

I'm especially interested in hearing from forum owners who have forums where photography is a big part of the community.

I allow about 50–100 attachments per post on my forum, as I run an art marketplace where artists can sell their work.

I also share news from games, which are usually image-heavy, so I permit a large number of images to be posted.

I also believe attachments can boost engagement, depending on the topic being discussed.

Do you notice any major resource consumption?

No, most of the images aren’t resource-heavy. They’re usually small and served from the cache.
That's a plus! If you can get it to that, then it shouldn't ever really be an issue. :)
