How many times you brush daily?

Do you brush your teeth how many times in a day? Some people do it once while others do it twice. I'm not sure if anyone brushes 3x in a day because it might not be safe for the teeth and gum.

As for me, I brush my teeth twice daily. I normally brush after meal in the morning and at night before going to bed. I know one of my relatives who brushes her teeth 3 times daily.

I've always brushed my teeth twice everyday. I've heard some people make a case about it not being good to bath/shower everyday because it's not good for the skin. Can they say the same thing about brushing the teeth?

I still struggle with brushing two times in a day. Yeah I get it, dentist advised after morning and night meal but I still ends up brushing once a day nonetheless.

I brush once a day and it is because I always forget to brush at night. I won't mind brushing at night as long as I remember.

Unfortunately, I am not always able to remember to brush at night. It seems I need to be using an alarm for that.
