Join a lot of forums?

Honestly I usually only join admin/webmaster forums, or communities that help me grow my own. I often post on forums for backlinks using my signature if they have do-follow links.

Be careful with building links. Google has been pretty obvious about the needs to build links on relevant websites.

I understand why you join forums for why you do it but personally, I join them for the community. I'd rather make a friend than earn a backlink. I get better friendship from a forum than I do on a social media group.

I'll always see your posts on a forum but if we were on social, I might see you posts or might not, pending on the algorithm.

To me, as old school as I am, a forum is the real social network.

The last time I checked, I was in over more 30 forums. I don't have any exception to the kinds of forums I join. As long as as the forum is a friendly space where I can connect with people, I'm very good with using it.

I love using general discussion forums a lot because they cover so many areas of topic I like engaging in. In fact, some general discussion forum cover everything from gaming, animals, movies, music, technology and so on.

I used to hate joining them but anymore, I like it.

I keep hearing general discussion forum is a saturated niche but I never pay attention to it because I know it's enjoyable and feels accomplishing whenever I'm in that space.

I am a member of at least 10 forums. I join forums in the areas of my interests. Amongst the ten forums that I am a member of is tech forums, business forum, entertainment forums and sports forums. I try to engage in all of them daily.

Honestly, I haven't joined too many forums. It's only communities where I'm sure my personality wouldn't put me trouble I join freely. I joke a lot of and many people don't understand jokes which put me in a tight spot with them.

Joining forums is fun and I have had the opportunity to join a lot of them. I've even joined many Halloween events in the past and the good thing with that is you get to know what is happening at a particular time in a year, for me, that is the fun side of everything that concerns being on forums.
