I haven’t had to drop my ban hammer on a regular member just yet, only spammers.
But the last one I banned was a user that posted spam messages. They went around my directory along with forum threads promoting unrelated links to my niche.
Like (car sites, etc)

I've banned for spam the most and the latest was for spam.
