If you were to pay for an online community or blog using SaaS, what would you expect as a paid community/blog operator?
This is for those who would run the community or blog not members paying for membership. To pay for something to run, what would you expect from it?
In case you don't know, SaaS stands for Software as a Service which means you pay for the software, but it remains hosted on the provider. Some give you access to contacts while others do not. Paying for their plans usually means you don't have to deal with hosting issues and the features and benefits are usually really good.
But with that being said, if you did pay for something like that, what would you expect and require from the SaaS platform?
