How can we prevent members and guests from being overwhelmed based on the layouts we provide?
Overwhelmed members typically means that the user ease and experience is bad. An overwhelmed guest will likely not mess around with registering on the forum. An overwhelmed member will likely become inactive. Overwhelming people has never resulted in anything positive.
The overwhelming part of the forum is often the layout and navigation.
So, what are you doing differently to ensure members and guests are not overwhelmed by the layout and navigation?
