Churn for forums is when monthly premium members stop using the premium service and therefore quit paying you each month.
You risk churn by offering a monthly subscription model.
If you just offer an annual subscription plan, then you'll at least get a year's worth of profit rather than hoping to get it each month.
You can usually take 10% off for annual fees too in order to make it worth the member's payment.
How do you feel about this? Is it something you practice? Why or why not?
