Do you think slow growth is actually healthier for most forums?

Fast growth doesn't give you (forum founder) time to build and relationship and connect with your members. Slow growth makes relationship building, networking, and connection easy.

What would you rather have for your forum?

Fast growth or slow growth? Why?

Slow growth can be very annoying but it’s the best. I compared my blog with one guy. His blog blew up very fast then vanished. Even though my traffic grows very little but it's stable. I prefer 50 loyal readers than 5k ghost traffic.

- Growing slow is way more firm and lasting way to go.
- Growing too fast may burn you out if you are not prepared with a good team.

Growing slow give you the time to build a strong team. After that, one would be ready for bigger jumps at a time to keep consistency and order
within the community. Too many new users at once can create chaos.
