Do you offer any special benefits or incentives for your staff members?

Most forum staff are volunteer. In a perfect world, just being staff might be enough as an incentive to volunteer. But in most cases, we forum owners need to add benefits to attract staff members to want to join the team.

What benefits have you added to make people want to be staff on your forum?

Most forum have the primary role of moderating and managing the forum to be free. The incentives they give to staff is giving them some little rewards for their posts. And I think that arrangement is fine for all parties.

Are you a staff of a forum? What are the incentives are like on those forums and does it motivate the staff to keep doing their best to ensure that the forum keeps growing?

As long as I can afford it, there is no harm in giving incentives to staff members.

It could be monetary or sending a gift across to them at the end of the year. I mean doing something that when they look back, they will appreciate working as staff on the forum.
