If yes, what did you do? If no, what would you have done?

Do you have rules against posting this type of content?

Yes I did. I reported it to his hometown authorities. Turned out he was just looking for attention.

I think that is the best option - report them.

I feel like I saw that discussed once on TAZ. Maybe by you? Was someone on TAZ reported for threats?
