What is your process for sunsetting features or sections on your forum that are just not working out?
Some features seem like a good idea until they're not. The same with boards and categories on forums. You'll add these things and try like hell to make them work but they just won't work.
At that point, leaving them up can make parts of your forum look dead or inactive. You need to sunset those inactive things, right?
But at what point do you do it? What's your process? What works for you and your forum?
